What is the Voucher Program?

Women residing in the Monroe/Owen County area and who are at least 16 years of age may receive free clothing if they are enrolled in a job search program through an approved agency. Agencies are listed below.

How does the referral system work?

To obtain free clothing, qualified women obtain a signed referral form from an approved agency. They can then bring the referral form, along with a picture ID to My Sister's Closet to select up to 2 outfits for a job interview. Once a job is obtained, women may receive up to 3 more outfits.
